The Predator Class

Of all the places Warren Mosler could have chosen to move to in 2003 to avoid paying U.S. taxes; he chose a location 20 miles from Epstein Island. Mosler had a special boat designed called the “wavepiercer” that could make the wavy journey with minimal jouncing.

I have no evidence of Warren Mosler participating in trafficked girls. I volunteered with filming of the upcoming Sisters of Vengeance Movie and from that project I was able to speak to officers in Homeland Security on the topic of Human Trafficking and the type of men who rape the girls (until they die or are killed). It is the same type of “Man” who physically rapes girls and financially destroys people. They savor the suffering of their victims as much as they enjoy the financial rewards. Conquering another human being is sport to them.

The average life expectancy of a girl who is stolen and placed into the sex trade is 7 years (12 to 19). Their death comes in one of the below forms:

Suicide, as they realize no one is coming to save them.
Drug overdose. Their captors intentionally force them into addiction as part of the girl’s cage.
Killed for pleasure by their rapists.
Harvested for their organs once they are no longer appealing to the rapists (trafficker’s customers).

I am grateful that Warren Mosler’s hubris was such that he bribed Judge Luis Delgado to wipe out what would otherwise have been a $300M + Judgement including FRAUD and PUNITIVE DAMAGES for DEFAMATION-FOR-PROFIT. I’m grateful, because it has allowed me to invent JudgeX, which has the capability of stopping the epidemic of Judicial Bribery.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Only Lawyers have the opportunity to become Judges; and the process of becoming a Judge DOES NOT validate the ethical attributes of the would-be Judge. Thus, scumbag lawyers are attracted to the easy path to becoming a corrupt Judge.

Warren Mosler didn’t need to steal $100,000 from me; but he did so for the sport of it. Within the documents that Mosler hid from the legal process for over 5 years, there is a sequence of emails between himself and his son, Jacob Mosler. Dad is training his son how to run a near-identical THEFT BY DECEPTION on another victim.

It is shocking that Judge Luis Delgado witnessed that, yet still claims there is ZERO EVIDENCE to allow me to get my $100,000 deposit back. The contract for the return of my $100,000 deposit is below (the Jury agreed this contract was valid, and I should get $150,000 back [evidentially agreeing that Mosler INTENDED TO (and then followed through) on a pre-mediated THEFT of the $100,000.

I will show the emails where Mosler is training his son on how to run the same deposit-scam on someone else.

Warren Mosler is a CON-ARTIST who has convinced the United States Government to print money, which creates Inflation, which in-turn makes the Liberal Elite very wealthy….while the rest of us struggle to buy groceries.

When I went to work for Mosler’s hedge fund, the first thing they had me train on was Mosler’s “Soft Currency Economics” book. It seemed like bullshit to me at the time, but I figured the Hedge Fund guys knew more than me…

One of the things Warren Mosler told me personally is this: “The government doesn’t even have to physically print the money; they just change numbers on a spreadsheet.”

By doubling the amount of money in circulation, whatever money you have in savings is now worth HALF; unless you have one of the magic spreadsheets.

THEFT BY DECEPTION: The “Men Like Mosler” who financially destroy their victims have the same sick personality and the “Men” who take pleasure in the suffering of little girls. This very rare type of person takes pleasure in the pain of those they conquer.

Since Warren Mosler makes nearly $1million per day (any pays only 3.5% tax on it), he doesn’t need to scam anyone out of money; yet he does anyway [for sport].

$100,000 Theft By Deception Sequence of Events (described to the jury)

Mosler wanted me to put in a $100,000 deposit on the proposed $1,000,000 purchase of his Supercar Company (‘MACC’). The $1,000,000 included 3 finished (used) MT900 vehicles, one finished race car, and loads of spares, molds, etc.
I wasn’t willing to put in a non-refundable deposit, and Mosler knew that. Thus, Mosler OFFERED that the $100,000 could be refundable if I couldn’t close within 3 months and then Mosler sold MACC to someone else à I would get my $100,000 deposit back. See Plaintiffs’ Trial Exhibit #57 below:

Because Warren Mosler was a Billionaire, I figured that I could trust him. Plus, the contract for refundability was laid out explicitly in email. I even wrote “so I understand fully…”. Mosler confirmed.
Six weeks into the thirteen-week purchase exclusivity, my company’s powertrain invention (838hp 7.0L powerplant with turbos AFTER the catalysts and designed such that they don’t build boost during the EPA drive cycle) was certified by the Environmental Protection Agency. Mosler immediately (and secretly) violated my exclusivity and convinced his friend, Savvas Savoupolos, to partner with Mosler and build the RaptorGTRs THEMSELVES – cutting me out entirely. My company had immense-value Exclusive Distributorships with advantageous pricing. Mosler schemed to take them away from my company. I HAD NO IDEA THIS WAS GOING ON [BEHIND MY BACK}.
Illustrative of the fact that Warren Mosler isn’t very intelligent, but is simply an excellent liar and scam orchestrator; Mosler’s idea was to destroy my personal reputation while trying to preserve the reputation and public image of the RaptorGTR as the highest power-to-weight hyperexotic of the time.
At the time, I absolutely didn’t believe that Warren Mosler was the guy behind the ludicrous false statements. I thought it had to be some mis-understandings among the journalists, or some sort of sensationalism. Turns out I was naive to the depth of cunning in my former boss.

NOTES: This was 2 days after the launch of the 2012 Mosler RaptorGTR. The automotive press was reporting that the RaptorGTR was a fake (not an “Official Mosler Product”, etc). I couldn’t bring myself to believe that Warren Mosler was doing this….it was absurd and highly destructive. Defamatory.

I state to the Dupont Registry, “I hope you will help me clear my name and Warren Mosler’s name.”

So THERE I WAS; FIGHTING TO UPHOLD MOSLER’S REPUTATION AND PRESERVE THE VALUE OF HIS SUPERCAR COMPANY…..while (unknown to me at the time) HE HAD STOLEN $100,000 FROM ME.

NOW HE IS STEALING YOUR MONEY VIA GIVING KAMALA THE SCAM-JUSTIFICATION FOR PRINTING TRILLIONS AND HANDING THAT MONEY OUT TO….NOT YOU.

Suddenly, I get an email with an attached “Termination and Release” document (8 pages long). Mosler wanted me to sign this document, which would give him:
1. The right to keep my $100,000 deposit forever (I was prohibited from
  any legal action to get it back).
2. My company’s Exclusive Distributorships in China, Thailand, Saudi Arabia,
  and the United Arab Emirates.
Illustrative of the fact that Warren Mosler isn’t a brilliant mind like Tesla, but is rather a gifted liar and scam orchestrator; Mosler’s idea was to destroy my personal reputation while trying to preserve the reputation and public image of the RaptorGTR as the highest power-to-weight hyperexotic of the time [2011].
At the time, I absolutely didn’t believe that Warren Mosler would do anything like that – I had the false impression that he was a good guy trying to build great supercars. At the exact same time Mosler was telling the journalists in USA that the RaptorGTR that Supercar Engineering, Inc (‘SEI’) was selling was a fake being promoted by a con-artist; Warren Mosler was writing to a journalist in India persuading customers to buy a RaptorGTR ….but they had to get it direct from the Mosler Automotive factory (not me).
