A previous Judge, Judge Hafele, had allowed Punitive Damages for the profit-motiveated defamation of me (James Todd Wagner). The Defamation was intended (and succeeded) in ruining me financially. Mosler expected that as a broke man, I would bend the knee and surrender my technology and Exclusive Distributorships in return for Mosler not “Sticking both of my in-house attorneys on you until you’re bankrupt” [paraphrased – see below for documents on this].
Mosler expected his peasant-employee would bend the knee.
Mosler’s annual INCOME is over $200million from his Hedge Fund alone (and he pays only 3.5% tax because he moved near Jeffrey Epstein). Mosler also owns 10% of AVM, LLC (previously Adams, Viner, and Mosler) – a securities broker-dealer. Warren Mosler’s actual net worth is well over $2 Billion. The Punitive Damages penalty varies, but is often 10% of a wrongdoer’s net worth….thus Mosler had a huge incentive to COMMIT PERJURY about his net worth.
Without exposing Mosler’s affidavit online a range of around $89,999,999 to $101,999,999 may have been sworn to and signed.
Knowing this was a lie, we attempted to depose Robert Printz and Michael Reger (who also received taxpayer-subsidized supercars), but these Principals of III Capital Management (iii-cm.com) claimed to be unavailable and lawyered up to create delay such that we could not get their deposition before trial.
Why not simply state the truth under oath? A person’s ACTIONS tell the truth.
Inducing his highly-paid Vice President of Global Operations (and personal confidant) who also received a taxpayer-subsidized free Supercar to lie/obscrure under oath to help Mosler hide evidence, including hiding evidence of Insurance Fraud.
Warren Mosler’s VP (“Mosler-VP”) lied/obscured to successfully achieve goals:
- Persuade Circuit Court Judge Hafele that there was no evidence that existed in the first place, therefore Warren Mosler could not be hiding the evidence.
- Persuade the Court that Warren Mosler wasn’t even involved in the operation and decision-making at Mosler Automotive (‘MACC’). Mosler-VP testified that Mosler’s lawyer, Alan Simon, was running
