- [2002 action] June 16, 2006 (COUNT 3, 5/6, 9, 10) IMPORTANT Illegal cars by Warren Mosler have a history of tricking car magazines about certification, welching on agreements ($100,000 challenge), etc. Here Motor Trend passing on including the ‘2004’ Mosler MT900 in their 2007 Buyer’s Guide, and making reference to when Motor Trend got tricked into having his first ‘Photon’ in their magazine more than 2 years before the car was certified (and the car shown was never certified). IMPORTANT NOTE 2: Motor Trend obviously smells a rat here, but DOESN’T ‘OUT’ Mosler. Motor Trend knows that it would destroy Mosler’s business to have it on the web that Mosler’s product wasn’t legitimate. Warren Mosler knew this fact when he fraudulently ‘out’d’ the RaptorGTR. NOTE 2: The German distributor wouldn’t accept cars that were built in the UK anymore, and the UK factory couldn’t find buyers for their shitty builds – thus this program made sense to leverage the labor that was in-place in the UK. Shows that Todd’s capabilities are exceptional – NOT INSANE.

October 2008: INSURANCE FRAUD: MACC finished Alan Simon’s 2004 illegal cars by Warren Mosler, the MT900s, and sold it to Alan Simon for $11,000. NOTE: Before Wagner agreed to come to Florida to lead MACC’s engineering effort, Warren Mosler promised to GIVE Wagner a Mosler vehicle. Warren Mosler made similar promises to both Martin Short and Alan Simon. In the DocDump, Martin Short has communications about which vehicle will become his. Alan Simon pushed for his promised car and got it – he only had to pay for the options. The car was built explicitly illegally, to wit:
- 2004 MT900 was BUILT more than 3 years AFTER the EPA Certificate of Conformity had expired.
- 2004 MT900 was built with ultralight aftermarket catalysts instead of the GM catalyst that was required by the EPA.
- 2004 MT900 was built with 16lb flywheel instead of the 26lb flywheel that was required by CARB.
- *********Alan Simon spearheaded the 2004 Mosler certification effort, and it is now known that Warren Mosler is intimately familiar with the certification efforts. Warren Mosler and Alan Simon KNEW they were building illegal vehicles, and that the 2004 MT900 should never have been insured for use on public roads.
