Uncover the Shocking Intellectual Property Theft Dispute and Blackmail Scandal
Warren Mosler and Savvas Savoupolos devised a clear plan involving an intellectual property theft dispute to take my inventions and exclusive distributorships after my creation of the highest power-to-weight Hyperexotic vehicle in 2011. Intriguingly, there are no emails discussing honoring Mosler’s contracts nor offering to pay me for my work
– I’m a peasant in their eyes, and peasants aren’t deserving of pay – only blackmail and pressure to force submission.
The Extortion and Blackmail Tactics Used
- Make the world believe that the 2012 Mosler RaptorGTR that my company owned was a FAKE…thus no one would buy it from me; and the product (my LIFE SAVINGS) became ostensibly worthless. Mosler made me powerless, using extortion tactics to control my assets.
- Mosler threatened to call the California authorities if I didn’t agree to let him take the RaptorGTR from California back to Florida for what he stated was a NECESSARY CHANGE to the Vehicle Identification Number – making the car a 2009 Mosler MT900s. All this is bullshit to the moon, and I told him so…but the all-powerful-Mosler would not back down. Mosler claimed he would have liability if the change weren’t made – bullshit.
- I still had my $100,000 deposit in place to buy MACC for $650,000 (Win-Win Proposal), so to appease the beast I said I would allow Mosler to pay to have the RaptorGTR transported from California to Florida (I wanted the car there anyway); IF he signed the MACC sale paperwork so I could just complete the purchase of the company – and change the VIN back to what it was built as. All this was nutty…but I was dealing with what seemed like a totally irrational billionaire.
- I was in Connecticut at the only job I could get with the massive Defamation hanging over my head (and I had to change my name to James Wagner on my resume instead of what my parents had called me “Todd” Wagner.
- Mosler agreed…and I was relieved. I would wade through this bizarro-world demand of Mosler’s, buy MACC, and go forth building the hightest power-to-weight hyperexotic on the planet at a $500,000 profit per car. This whole scenario felt like being part of a larger blackmail and perjury case, leaving me helpless.
Fraudulent Vehicle Ownership Claims and Defamation
- The time grew close for the car to be picked up, and Mosler’s attorney, Alan Simon, kept making excuses about the sale documents not being signed. Then I was threatened with having to pay a heavy cancellation fee if I didn’t allow the car to be picked up…I kept thinking. I believed that Mosler would simply honor his contracts, but it soon turned into an intellectual property theft lawsuit.
- Mosler successfully manipulated me into believing that he wasn’t behind the defamation and trade libel manipulation.
- I kept getting excuses, etc, then suddenly I get an email from Alan Simon that MACC had successfully carried out vehicle identification number fraud on my property.” à SIGN THIS ACKNOWLEGEING THAT THE VEHICLE IS A 2009 MOSLER MT900 WITH NO WARRANTY….or else you won’t get your car back.
- I was stunned….and refused. Then I get an email stating that Warren Mosler won’t sign the sale documents, and I won’t get my car back AND I’ll get charged $35/day storage fee until I bend the knee.

Understanding the Intellectual Property Theft Dispute and Its Implications
Shortly before the intellectual property theft dispute and the blackmail to gain control over my life-savings [tied up in the 2012 Mosler RaptorGTR], I had proposed a “Win-Win Proposal” to Mosler before the exclusive distributorship rights dispute escalated. During this time, Mosler successfully manipulated me into believing that he wasn’t behind the Defamation and Trade Libel… I was (and still am naive to the evil inside some men). In the below Trial Testimony, I was looking straight at Mosler – trying to understand why he refused to honor his agreements.
REFUSED TO SIMPLY HONOR HIS AGREEMENTS AND SHARE THE FRUITS OF MY INVENTION WITH ME.
